Your first session
OverMCP is a desktop workspace for installed coding agents. Your OverMCP account provides access to the app; your coding-provider accounts run the AI work. Start with a small project and a task whose result you can check.
Four ways to work
- Agent — give a persistent teammate instructions, context, and a task.
- Code — work with project folders, terminal panes, files, Git, and browser previews.
- Chat — explore questions and keep the conversation with its context.
- Workflow — connect steps into a repeatable sequence and inspect each result.
Know your build
OverMCP has desktop build targets for macOS, Windows, and Linux. Public installer availability and feature readiness are separate: Windows and Linux are test-build targets, and voice currently depends on macOS. OverMCP does not currently have an iPhone or iPad app.
